Co-founded by Ariel Steinlauf, Onyx Venture Advisors was a New York-based product innovation advisory firm. Working with corporations, startups, and entrepreneurs, Onyx guided the development of new digital businesses — from ideation and product definition through monetization strategy, customer development, and scale.

Following the close of Onyx, Ariel spent eight years leading commercial growth engagements at Bionic Solutions (acquired by Accenture in 2022) before founding V1A Growth in 2026 — a revenue growth advisory firm serving middle-market private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
